      What are the payment methods?
      Payment is due on receipt of your invoice and can be made online. Customers with credit facility can pay by bank transfer, in cash, by cheque or via most major credit and debit cards (excluding Amex and Diners Club).
      Offline Ordering
      When will I receive my goods?
      Orders received by 12 noon each day will normally be delivered within 48 hours (2 working days) within Central London. This service is available provided the clearance documents are correctly completed and in place at our warehouse, and the ordered items are in stock. For other areas in the UK, delivery will normally take 2-3 days. Please contact us for an accurate delivery date if you have a specific delivery requirement – we would hate for you to be disappointed.

      Goods are delivered free of charge within Central London. For other areas, please refer to Delivery Charges in your basket.

      What is included in the product price?
      Diplomats are entitled to purchase goods tax free when they have access to a valid C426, so the price includes all charges except delivery.
